Andrea Nemetz is the 2005 recipient of the Vormelker-Thomas Student Award, which provides funds to a graduate student or recent graduate interested in news librarianship to atttend her/his first Special Libraries Association Annual Conference. The SLA News Division and ProQuest sponsor the award. Thanks to Regina Avila, Amy Disch, and the other committee members who reviewed the applications.

The Winter 2005 News Library News has been available for a while and I just haven't sneaked the five minutes out of my schedule to tell you via this weblog.
